Whether you’re right here in Haliburton or ordering from farther away, we want getting your KissaMoon order to be easy.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available at Redman Records on Highland Street in Haliburton.

Choose Local Pick Up at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pick Up message before heading over so we can make sure everything is packed and waiting for you.

Your pickup confirmation will include any details you need before you go.

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Haliburton, Ontario.

When will my order ship?

We’re a small business, so every order is packed by a real person, not a mysterious warehouse robot.

We aim to have orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible. Most orders will be prepared within 2 to 3 business days.

During busy seasons, special launches, holidays, or particularly enthusiastic Finnish candy emergencies, it may take us a little longer.

Chocolate and warm weather

Chocolate is delicious.

Melted chocolate is still delicious, but not always quite as pretty.

During warmer weather, we may delay shipping chocolate orders during extreme heat or recommend local pick up when possible. Once a parcel leaves us, we cannot control the temperature along its journey.

If you are ordering chocolate during hot weather, please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.

A note about shipping times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your parcel has been picked up.

Weather, holidays, remote delivery locations, and carrier delays can occasionally slow things down.

We’ll do our part to get your order packed and on its way. After that, your parcel begins its great Canadian adventure.

Something wrong with your order?

Oh no.

If your order arrives damaged, something is missing, or we accidentally sent you twelve bags of salmiakki instead of the Moomin biscuits you ordered, please contact us.

Send us your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the problem, and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
